Great Location, but a Few Issues

Beautiful location near the beach! The staff truly shined with their friendliness and willingness to assist. However, the noise level during events can be disruptive. Expect a lovely meal from the restaurant, but be cautious about ordering from the buffet. It may be better to choose a la carte options instead.

The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring homemade pasta, fresh fruits, and pastries. However, the location felt a bit isolated, limiting dining and shopping options nearby. Additionally, while the room was comfortable and clean, some staff struggled with English, which occasionally posed challenges in communication.

This hotel is a well-suited match for one night in Santa Marta with value for money. The staff was extremely honest. they found my daughter's missing bag right away and returned it without any issues. Make sure to enjoy the breakfast buffet in the morning.

I recently stayed for 2 nights in a Bungalow and enjoyed the great access to the beach, which was clean and perfect for long walks. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. However, the dining options could use more variety to enhance the overall stay.

An unexpected beachside gem

Waking up just steps from the beach was a dream! The staff went above and beyond, and breakfast felt like a treat every morning.

However, the late-night music from nearby areas was bothersome, making it hard to sleep on a few occasions. Some renovations are definitely needed.
